Svaka ekipa mora platiti 100 Eura kaucije, koja se vraća najkasnije 5 radnih dana nakon odlaska ekipe, ukoliko nije došlo do materijalne štete počinjene od strane ekipe. Suma se vraća na zadati račun , adresu ako je uplata izvršena na žiro račun turnira ili po završetku turnira ako je uplata izvršena po dolasku na turnir.
Troškovi za put, smještaj i ishranu snose ekipe. Prijavnu taksu je obavezno uplatiti odmah po prijavljivanju ekipa sa dostavljenim obrazcem za prijavu i potvrdom o uplati. Troškovi smještaja 25 % ekipe uplaćuju odmah po dolasku ekipa.
Nakon što su sve ekipe stigle, na prvom tehničkom sastanku, žrijebanjem će da se odrede timovi koji će dobiti
* popust od 100 %,
* popust od 75 %, i
* popust od 50 %,
na prijavnu taksu za ORKA TOURNAMENTS 2013 BANJALUKA. Ovaj popust se može prenijeti na neku drugu ekipu.
Broj ekipa po kategorijama nije ograničen.
Pozivamo zainteresovane ekipe, da što prije potvrde svoje učešće na turniru, zbog obezbjeđenja smještaja.
Rok dostavljanja prijava je 31.05.2012. godine kada će biti formirane konačne liste i grupe.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
Each team must pay a 100 Euro deposit which is returned within 5 working days after the departure of the team, if there has been no material damage caused by crews. The sum of the returns on a given account, the address if payment is made to the account at the end of the tournament or the tournament if payment is made upon arrival at the tournament.
Costs for travel, accommodation and food borne teams. Registration fee is required to pay immediately upon notification of the team provided a pattern for the registration and proof of payment. Accommodation costs are paid 25% of the crew team upon arrival.
